Our hearty loaves can be ordered whole or sliced, with the option of a regular or thick cut slice size. We also offer specialty loaves made from our sourdough such as cinnamon cranberry, gorgonzola, or jalapeno cheddar.
Pretzel Products
After developing a technique which allows us to easily spray proofed dough with lye, we are now able to pretzelize buns and doughs of any shape or size. As one of our most popular products, pretzel buns are great on their own or as part of many varieties of sandwiches, burgers, and sausages.
We also produce traditional soft pretzels, made from our newly developed pretzel recipe.

We fold chopped jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese into our signature sourdough to make this loaf
Kalamata Olive Round
Crushed Kalamata olives dot the inside of this sourdough round loaf.
Cracked Pepper and Jack Round
A bit of spiciness from the pepper is calmed by the Monterrey Jack cheese stuffed inside.
Gorgonzola Round
This round loaf is topped with dried onion flake to go along with the gorgonzola crumbles inside.
Cinnamon Cranberry Loaf
